This immersive 5-week virtual experience is tailor-made for Black mothers navigating the joys and challenges of motherhood with kids 4 and up.
This safe haven is where I hope you'll find solace, understanding, confirmation and a tribe that truly gets you and your experiences navigating Black motherhood and especially exploring how it impacts your mental health. Postpartum Support Group
There are 2 payment options: 1.) Pay full fee for 5-week group series and receive $25 discount 2.) Pay half of group fee during registration ($125) and the other half ($125) is due during the third group (1/31/24). The Art of Mindless Time Activity Book is included with 5-week group series (book will be sent via USPS mail so mailing address will be needed).
