Welcome to a transformative safe space of refuge, retreat, healing, connection, and empowerment – "It Takes A Village" Postpartum Melanated Mommy Tribe Support Group brought to you by The Melanated Mommy Tribe in collaboration with Life Begins Here Therapeutic & Counseling Services facilitated by mom of 2, wife, mental health and holistic wellness licensed therapist and clinical social worker, trained birth doula and Certified perinatal mental health (PMH-C) with 15 years of experience...a true combination of lived and professional experience with clinician Dr. Kim LO.

This immersive 6-week online experience is tailor-made for Black mothers navigating the joys and challenges of motherhood with kids 0-3 years old.

Postpartum Support Group
There are 2 payment options: 1.) Pay full fee for 5-week group series and receive $25 discount 2.) Pay half of group fee during registration ($125) and the other half ($125) is due during the third group (1/31/24). The Art of Mindless Time Activity Book is included with 5-week group series (book will be sent via USPS mail so mailing address will be needed).
