Manifestations Vision Board Virtual Workshop

Our first virtual workshop of the year will be a Manifestation Vision Board Virtual Workshop led by our Clinical Director, Kim Lee-Okonya, LCSW! And trust when I say this is not your average vision party. Most times with vision boards we paste some pretty pictures that are symbolic of goals we want to reach and then we forget about it after March. Well this workshop will discuss the art and science behind manifesting. 

• We will create meaningful personalized affirmations to guide you through the year and to your goals. 
• We will learn the technique and art behind visualizations. 
• This event will continue to ignite the movement of and plant more seeds to evolving into your best and most authentic self and accomplishing success (however you define it)!

You will have year long access to it so you may refer back to it when ever you need it. You can do this activity quarterly or as many times as you see fit!
