Job Description:


As a Remote Part-Time Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of our mental health and wellness practice and the executive/ clinical director. We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, self-motivated individual with a warm and professional attitude, who is a team player and has a passion for mental health especially maternal health, and ideally, experience working in the field of mental health.



1. Email Communication:

  • Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordinate communication with clients, team members, and external partners.


2. Cold Calling:

  • Conduct cold calls as needed for business development and outreach.

  • Maintain a friendly and personable demeanor while representing the practice and supporting our causes.


3. Scheduling:

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for clients and partners.

  • Coordinate and manage calendar for management to ensure efficient time management.


4. Event Management:

  • Support the planning and coordination of virtual events and workshops.

  • Handle logistics, invitations, and follow-ups for events.


5. Community Management:

  • Assist in managing online communities related to the practice; this includes daily posting and interaction.

  • Engage with community members and respond to inquiries.


6. Administrative Tasks:

Perform various administrative duties as needed, such as document preparation, social media management, etc.




  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role; references required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Reliable WIFI and computer with camera

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Team player and takes initiative

  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented

  • Warm and professional attitude

  • High organizational skills

  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Passion for mental health and maternal health



  • Experience or interest in maternal mental health is a significant plus.

  • Experience working in the health industry

  • Experience with Canva and Thinkific platforms

  • Experience managing social media platforms

  • Mental health related (i.e. Social Work) or allied science degree



Part-time, 10-15 hours per week (flexible hours, potential for increased hours based on workload)
