At Life Begins Here Therapeutic & Counseling Services our services are centered on offering healing spaces from a collectivist lens and community perspective, focusing on mental health and centering holistic wellness (mind, body, spirit) through couple's work, small groups, workshops, trainings, retreats and other events. We believe in the power of community and having a village of like minded and aligned individuals where one feels safe, seen, heard and supported is essential in the healing process. Life is not meant to be lived alone and in isolation but in community with support. It truly takes a village.
